1.0 General Rules

1.1     Trades with human partners only

1.2     Three (3) trades per season

1.3     An individual players cannot be traded more than once in a season

1.4     87+ OVL players can only be traded in the off-season unless over 27 years old and/or in final year of contract

1.5     Rookies cannot be traded

1.6     Trades must be submitted to the league and approved before being processed in the game

2.1     New GM’s are not be allowed to execute trades in the first four (4) weeks

2.2     Any trade involving a new GM’s draft picks during their first season will be valued at the highest value for that round because of the unknown factor of how that GM will compete

3.0  Cap Penalty Limit

4.1     Maximum picks per team per round: 3
